As part of an ongoing effort to improve the IST customer experience, IST is pleased to announce the unveiling of the new Services and Solutions catalog. The new format of our services catalog combines the wide range of IST services into user-friendly categories, making information easier to find.
The services catalog redesign was based on user-centered design (UCD) principles. Prior to release, the project team conducted usability tests with campus customers and, where feasible, incorporated participant suggestions.
The project team was composed of members of ISTTechnical Account Management (TAM) and OCIO Communications. We encourage you to become acquainted with the new Services and Solutions catalog.
